They don’t get back to you yet spam you with recruiting messages and calls. Very unprofessional. Low salaries, dead end job. Nothing more to say really except that it’s a waste of time and waste of your youth

Introduce yourself in English, previous work experience etc
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Jun 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
