I applied for HR Specialist role and short after application the girl from HR contacted me. We had very pleasant telephone conversation about my experience and she seemed very satisfied with my profile so I was convinced they will invite me to the second round of interview. Since I hadn't heard from them for 10 days I sent a message to the girl I had spoke to asking whether selection process was over. I was very disappointed since I got no answer. I understand they didn't choose me but rejection email or any reply to my message would be professional.

The interview process consisted of a telephonic interview with a recruiter, followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. Once concluded, the recruiter reached out via call that they would like to make an offer. Communication was consistent, timeous and concluded within 3 weeks of applying.
