The interview was an inspiring experience. The company’s reputation for excellence truly shone through, and the interviewers were exceptionally competent, asking insightful questions and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Their professionalism and genuine interest in understanding my skills and goals left a lasting impression. It felt like a meaningful conversation, not just an evaluation.
Do not waste a vacation day on these people. I interviewed with them and nobody could answer my questions about the pay range, they didn’t even bother to get back to me afterward, despite me reaching out to them several times, questioning them about the position.
Overall the interview went well.
2 of the 3 interviewers were polite, the most senior interviewer was unprofessional though.
He had a few “catty” remarks and his speech was so lazy that it was difficult to understand what he was saying at times.
Ugh, it’s frustrating when you put forth your best and people don’t even bother reciprocating the bare minimum in effort… especially in professional situations in which you can’t put them in check without screwing yourself out of an opportunity in the process.
Memphis is too small to blow off good candidates like that.
Grow up.

Question 1
They’re all easy, typical questions you’d expect to come up in an initial interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TK Elevator
Interview
One interview with a group of three for an entry level position. They used a question script and were good at leading their questions to find what they wanted. My issue with them comes after the interview. They called me to offer me the job and when I asked for time to consider they called me back and told me that they were rescinding the job offer and moving on with another candidate. I have never heard of asking for time to consider the offer as being negative. I don't know any other company that would do that. Waste of my time and a low blow.
