TJ Maxx Store Associate interview questions

Two rounds of interview. One was with a hiring manager. We discussed the skills I had on my resume. The next round was with another manager and we discussed my availability.

Sent in an application and maybe got a response 3 weeks later. Had one 30 min interview with the store manager and began employment the following week. Process was easy, I got the job as a high school student and many of my coworkers were roughly the same age.
