easy. They asked a lot of general questions. Most of them were open ended which helped them judge whether or not you are able to talk with the general public that you interact with on a day to day basis.

Asking your background in sales and also had to take a personality and math test. The interview process was quite easy. You also see a video on how TJ Maxx is against unions. That's why you get paid lowly wages. The manager was very nice and supportive.

Wrote the form in the store. Wrote the three references, that was request. Waited to respond about one week. Got interview with manager of store. It was group interview with other candidates, there were six candidates. During the interview, we responded the manager's questions about customer service. They called me to invite for job. Finally, they took two people, anther girl and me.
