TJ Maxx Sales Associate interview questions

Pretty casual, they did forget to send me some forms beforehand that I needed to have signed before the interview so that was awkward, but they were super polite and just asked basic interview questions like "why do you want the job," "what would you do in X situation," etc.

The interview process was very simple. I scheduled the interview date and time over the phone. Showed up to the store on that day and did the interview with the store manager in her office. Very basic and to the point, no curve balls.
