I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Mesa, AZ)
Interview
The interview was a group interview with three other people and the manager. It was in the break room where the manager would ask questions and give every person a chance to respond or add to. It was not bad just have to think off different answers. The interview was really quick, maybe like a couple of questions, but i advise you to come with questions to ask. At the end of the interview, the manager was really keen on if we had any questions. So ask questions!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Santa Ana, CA)
Interview
It was an okay interview until it wasn’t. The questions themselves were easy. However, when I asked what they liked about working here, they had nothing to say. In fact, they said they couldn’t even say working with their coworkers because no one works as a team here unless you’re cashiering / there is no intermingling here flat out.
I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Decatur, IL) in Jun 2020
Interview
A typical T.J. Maxx interview often involves a friendly conversation with a hiring manager. They may ask about your retail experience, customer service skills, and availability. Teamwork scenarios and how you handle busy environments are common topics. The atmosphere is usually relaxed, focusing on your ability to adapt, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail setting.
