Interview
Very easy going. Great conversation, very personable. Introductions. One of the most critical steps in the interview process happens to be the first.
#2) Small Talk. After introductions are finished, it is good to conduct a bit of small talk.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Boston, MA) in May 2020
Interview
Ask the basic questions. How you work in a team, etc. Overall, the interview wasn't too bad. The location I worked at is always looking for people to hire so it may be biased.
