Very easy process for interview and not long. Recieved offer on the spot. Started about 2 or 3 weeks later. Didn't stay long at company. People okay to work with.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Manchester, CT) in Jan 2021
Interview
I had an over the phone interview. It was about 15 minutes long. They asked me: -What is your availability? -What is your previous job experience? -What were your responsibilities at your last job?

It was during covid and it was pretty chill. The interview consists of questions regarding previous experience in retail, situational questions about customer service, and team work. I got the job immediately since they were understaffed.
