Interview
After applying online, I went in person to see an update on the status of my application. It had been about a week I believe since putting in the application and no one had looked at it yet it seems. But they pulled me in for an interview right away allowing questions to be asked and asking several of their own. Salary was not discussed except that it’s Florida’s minimum wage.

Interviewer reaches out to reschedule at least 2 times while also requesting your resume that has been submitted to the site multiple times. Had a district manager sit in and ask about how 5 years of previous experience is relevant before saying the previous tooling was too "shiney" versus what they had available.
