I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Greenville, SC) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview was actually pretty easy. They ask why you want to work there, they ask about past jobs, if you are a quick learner, when you can start, and what your availability will be.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Boston, MA) in May 2024
Interview
The interview was easy. The questions involved an overview of my relevant job history. The job itself involves taking freight from trucks and stocking the shelves. A review of TJMaxx company history was given, the job role and job description. The benefits were also discussed (10% off discount, fun calendar/casual days, free snacks, etc.) Cell phone is required. Approx 3-6 person team. Shift 9p-5am. I accepted job. However, I wasn't allowed in the orientation due to no cell phone (it needed a replacement). Make sure to have cell phone to complete the onboarding. I completed my onboarding by email. They prefer this done on a cell device, which is understandable. It's a floor/warehouse-like job.
