The manager read my application. Noticed I had been adjunct faculty at a local university and state that because my availablilty was wide open I was hired without further delay.

This was my first ever interview as a high school student and it was very easy. I submitted my application in the store and they called me to set up a 1:1 interview. It was short and to the point. By the time I left the interview, they had already scheduled my first day orientation.
