I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TJ Maxx
Interview
Interview was very basic, same with the hiring process. I initially went in and asked for an application when they were hiring and I heard back within a weeks time. Very basic sales questions and strategies, as well as questions about past employment.

Question 1
There were some questions that were situational that may be difficult for some to respond to on the spot
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Apex, NC) in Apr 2010
Interview
I went into the store and asked if they were hiring. The customer service associate working at the time immediately gave me an application and suggested that I apply right away, as they were looking to hire at the time. I sent in my application and was called in a day or two later for an "interview," which was really just my first day at work.

Question 1
There weren't any difficult questions because there wasn't a full interview.
I did an application late at night and was called in for an interview the next day. The interview was short and sweet, but unprofessional. I was called shortly after leaving and offered the position.
