I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx in Jul 2012
Interview
was informal and the questions asked were basic and about experience and so forth. Had to come in for a second interview with store manager which i thought was overkill. had to submit to background check and wait for results to come in before receiving an offer. Overall positive experience through entrie process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Foothill Ranch, CA) in Jun 2014
Interview
The process was simple. I went to follow up on my application after a week and had an informal interview on the spot. A few days later, I had a formal interview with the manager of the branch. Very straightforward, very nice people. They contacted me a few days later with a job offer and were very flexible with hours.
