Very positive work environment with knowledgable employees. Employees were able to explain and show daily duties and what would be expected by each new hire. Opportunities to advance within the workplace as well.

Had a group interview with about 5 other interviewees and 3 assistant managers. Went through a role-play situation, talked about ourselves and why we wanted to work for TJ Maxx, etc. Fairly quick process, the managers said they would call in a week to update us on our status and never did.
