I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cleveland, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
Very detailed and 1.5 hours long. The district manager asks very good probing questions and also goes into detail about the position and the company. TJ Maxx is a little behind on technology and the district manager explained why. Their focus is more on the customer so their technology needs to improve, which it will. But, they're trying to keep payroll in the stores as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TJ Maxx in Jun 2015
Interview
Group interview and then few are selected to the next round the same day. For the group interview, you start by walking around the store and check out the different departments while the hiring managers ask questions.
