Interview
I was asked a handful of the sort of interview questions you'd expect at any job interview. Interviewer was friendly and didn't expect much from you in terms of experience/answer. Questions are focused on how you would interact with difficult customers and how you work with a team. I was told right after the interview that they wanted to hire me despite a pretty lackluster interview.
