Behavioral interview, asked questions about my personality, asked how I worked with other people. Overall, the interview was extremely conversational and I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. The hiring manager made me feel at ease and could tell that this was my first time applying to a job. They aren't looking for super competent people, just people who are willing to work and are looking for hours.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Morristown, NJ) in Nov 2016
Interview
Got an interview the day after I applied. Interview was short only took about 30 mins. Orientation was also brief. They showed me around the store and told me where I would be most of the time. You get a locker and code to punch in.
