I applied on paper and submitted in-store.
I was called in, and sat around, where i was interviewed by two different people.
They asked some questions about if I was able to do the job, and after we were done, I went home.
About 2 days later, they offered.
Phone interview then 2 one-on-one interviews followed by an interview with the RVP. The telephone interview was with the HR Manger who in turn recommended you for the in-person interview.
