I applied in-person. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Morton Grove, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
Applied online and got a call for an interview a couple days after. The interview process went smooth didn't feel nervous at all. The guy made me feel comfortable enough to be myself, only asked availability and if I'm going to school. He did most of the talking while I sat and stared nodding and listening. Told me what my job was going to be and about orientation. Told me he'd would have decided on whom to hire by Thursday. Currently waiting for a call back on any updates
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Stillwater, OK) in May 2016
Interview
I had to go through three rounds of interviews. The first was a group interview, and the other two were just individual interviews with two different managers. The questions were just typical retail questions. What is teamwork to you? Why TJMAXX? And the group interview asked no questions at all, it basically was just seeing how you interacted with a team, spoke to others, and remebered instructions.

Interview
Very positive work environment with knowledgable employees. Employees were able to explain and show daily duties and what would be expected by each new hire. Opportunities to advance within the workplace as well.
