I applied online. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Cartersville, GA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Applied online. They called me to schedule an in person interview a few days later. Typical questions. Although I marked on my application I was applying seasonally, she ended the interview earlier when I told her I would only work with her seasonally and they were looking for someone full time. I wish they had not called me for an interview and looked at my application more throughly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would *insert person on your reference list* say about you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Roswell, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Walk into a small room.. Sit into a school-like chair.
Have their beady eyes stair into your while asking you if you're a people person
It was mainly just a one on one asking and answering questions and discussing dress codes and procedures. It was not much of a conversation but that could differ between the hiring manager
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How comfortable are you with different people groups?
It wasn't a long process. They asked me a few questions and offered me the job afterward. I believe they had me sign a form for a background check. It was a while ago and I don't remember the questions but I wasn't very nervous as the interview went on.
