I interviewed at TJ Maxx (South Royalton, VT) in Jul 2020
Interview
Spoke with the general recruiter on the phone and had a brief behavioral interview. Then spoke with data science department leader. When specifically asked, the general recruiter said there would not be a technical / whiteboarding component to that round of interviews, but my second phone call (with the DS lead) had a roughly 40 minute technical component. In retrospect, I should have expected it, but the miscommunication was still frustrating.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Charleston, WV) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied in June and got a phone call at the beginning of July for an interview the next day. The interview was very easy with questions about my previous experience and how I would handle certain situations. Very conversation like. I had applied for a merchandise coordinator position, but was told in the interview that only associate positions were available. He called me two days later to offer me a front end coordinator position and I started a week later.
