I had the prescreen — they mainly asked basic questions. One of them was about how I usually promote someone and the steps I take during that process. I explained how I evaluate performance, look for leadership traits, give stretch assignments, and provide coaching before recommending a promotion. It felt more like a general screening to understand my leadership style.
The interview was very short and it was mostly only about behavioral questions. There are some questions regarding references and other employers. It was a very simple and not difficult interview, definitely don't need much preparation.

Question 1
Describe a time there was a miscommunication, how did you solve it?
Very easy and they provide a good job description. They were very friendly, but the pay is very bad. Once I got the job management was bad. They were unprofessional and pawned off a lot of their work on employees.
