Interview
Very easy, was one on one and was asked simple employment questions such as; why would you like to work here? What would you consider good customer service? and Scenario based questions. All questions had bluntly obvious responses that were to be excepted from the interviewee.
Simple basic behavioral, come prepared witg examles of how you gave customer service in previous scenarios even if not from job. Know a little bit about the company and your golden
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
