TJ Maxx Assistant Manager interview questions

After I submitted my application I was initially contacted by a talent acquisition recruiter where a phone interview was set up. This interview asked pretty basic questions, why TJ Maxx, example based questions. At the end of that interview I was told that I would be interviewing with the DM. This interview was over zoom. The DM asked really great but also difficult questions that really challenged me. They were kind and genuinely curious about my work history.
