I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Solihull, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
The process was fairly simple, I was invited to an interview where there were about 20-30 other people waiting to be interviewed. The managers then gave a speech about TK MAXX.
We were then given a paper test, where situations were placed and you had to choose the answer you are most likely and least likely to conduct. After this the papers were collected in and the managers called out names and took them into another room, and they were told they had been unsuccessful within their answers. The ones left were then required to complete a one to one interview.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.
