Very smooth abs enjoyable. You have to fit the culture of the workplace. The managers are very nice. They are very proud of their diversity in ethnic groups, age and place. And honestly it’s a pleasure to see and experience managers who are kind

Tell us a time you had an obstacle and crossed it.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
