I applied online. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Basingstoke, England) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview was in an office, low pressure. They asked questions mostly about experience “give me a time you worked under pressure etc” and then the interviewer discussed how that would apply when working in store. There weren’t any particularly difficult questions but it would be useful to know some background of the TjX group to appear knowledgeable

I applied in-person. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (Royal Leamington Spa, England)
Interview
It began with a brief introduction to the company and role, followed by competency-based questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and handling busy retail environments. The interviews are generally structured and welcoming, with a mix of one-on-one and group formats. Most candidates report straightforward questions focused on customer service, teamwork, and personal experiences.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake and learnt from it. Give an examples of how you adapted in the future to not make that mistake again.
Very friendly and chill, set questions, around 10-15, 1 on 1 interview. Mainly asking about showing different values or traits in the workplace and any past experience of doing that particular thing.
Mainly questions to do with your choosing and interest in the company followed by scenario-based questions to see how you would behave. Difficulty depends on whether you've had an encounter with such events before, but hypotheticals are also ok.
