casual iinterview,, they didnt ask much so it was easy. the employer was very friendly we got along shared similar interest and he was very polite and for that reason we got along and i was offered the job. if i could cgange one this is changing the company because it is fast paced environment and is very busy and we couldnt have time to ourselves and i dont know but it depends on how you are as a person i guess. sorry
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.

What prior experience have you had that makes you think you're a good fit for this role?
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

Interview
The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.
