Interview
An over the phone conversation and then an invitation to the store to complete a questionaire that was completed at the same time as other applicants. The questions are completed in roughly 30-40 minutes.

Was a good in depth interview from the company where I was asked multiple questions about what i know about the company and their standards of teamwork. The questions were broken down simply.
The first stage after application was a Virtual pre screen assessment. This included a series of videos and questions to respond to. It is not too challenging if you have common sense.
The interview was relatively easy for this role and involved a variety of situational judgment questions as well as other questions regarding my CV and previous experiences, both paid and voluntary.
