They contacted via email after my online application for a phone interview. The interview lasted 45 minutes and was with the project leader and associate scientist. It was thorough, mostly STAR questions, some technical issues, too. The job was in R&D. Said they would contact me in two weeks to let me know. After 10 days I received an invitation email for face to face interview in the UK in two days, including a dinner with head of department on day 1 and a scientific presentation on day 2. I did not go, though, as I received an offer from another company. Overall, very precise HR communications and good interview experience
