1 round with recruiter, 2 round with hiring manager, 3 round written assignment. Did not hear for over a month after written assignment, ultimately to be rejected and told that the position was filled by an internal employee. Why make external candidates go through hoops and assignments if you know that you are hiring an internal employee? Awful practice just tick of some policy box and wasting our time. Shame.
