Telephonic Discussion - Though it was a telephonic but it was pure DS round.
All the four questions interviewer asked was in DataStructures & had asked to write code with pen paper and verbally explain the same once done.
Questions were asked in a straight forward manner without giving an example which I think is required ,especially for DS questions, because if u just speak the problem tagline as per internet then it will not help (especially for #Q2 in my case); until the interviewee had visited the solution prior.
It was brainstorming round, was able to come up with solution of first two questions with O(n) approach but then got stuck with the last to solve in less time complexity.
Overall experience was good.

Question 1
1) Given some list of songs u need to play it in a random manner without repeating the songs.
2)Given an array of positive integers shuffle the numbers in such ascending order with consecutive even followed by odd placements.
3)Find median in a BST in O(n) and O(1) space complexity
4)Find Median in a stream of integers.
5)Microservice concept

Its simply joke.
no transparency on recruitment and hr simply sits wont do anything.
HR should force technical panel to follow rules and guidelines for recruitment but it will not happen anytime here.
first round will happen as normal so that people think everything is normal.
from second round circus will start.
priority 1: if know some one in interview panel then you will be selected
literally one guy came at 2pm and his interview over including hr before me I was waiting from morning 10am
Priority 2: if ladies looking good then
one lady came at 3pm and her interview finished and hr took documents also and sent her at 4pm
priority 3: if your expected CTC is below 10Lacs
last but not least if you are able to solve some design question which is of 20 lines.
they will make wait till 6pm and give that 20 line question if u are not falling in all 3 priority categories.
this literally happened to me twice.
some candidate came for interview asked HR and panel what is criteria you guys calling candidates as he was waiting from morning 9 am. he said he dont have any clue
they just shuffle the resumes and call as their wish, no numbers or tokens on resumes.
HR is not required there management can simply ask employees to call their friends and ask them to join thats better y all this drama of calling candidates and making them wait.
I will never reply to mail received from software AG in future if you do you will be wasting a day there.
if that last question ppl able to answer then why will they come to software AG sir they will go to google or facebook or microsoft
