Me and one of my Friend gave an interview in SoftwareAG for QA position on February. It was a walk-in interview and I went till last round but didn’t receive an intimation of selection. Friend of mine got the call letter but I got a hint the he has to pay his first salary to Manager. its furious to know that lot of politics during selection process. Not recommended if someone is genuinely wanting to join this company

My experience was worst in this company as this company is 50 yrs old but then the employee are unprofessional. I went for interview on saturday and there were around 25 members came on that day. My name has been Called for 1st round. I went and interviewer asked few questions and then he was busy in his work (listening music, videos from his laptop). First he asked 3 questions related to my project and then at last he gave 2 Java questions which are related to java I/O. I have completed the coding for it and explaining him the same but in between he was attending calls from his friends while interviewing in front of me and also one of his friend came and meet him as well. This type of unprofessional behaviour I haven't seen in any other company till now. He interviewed for almost 1 hour and then HR came and told you can leave for the day. I didn't understand what the issue was because I have given all answers whichever the interviewer has asked. And of course the interviewer was from karnataka (kannadiga guy). Simply he has wasted my time for taking interview of such reputed company.
