Sixt Rental Sales Agent interview questions

Got an email for a zoom call with area managers. I have experience with a competitor for 3 years in car rental, they said they love people with that experience and that my skills and experience are perfect for the role. Got an email the next day that I was unsuccessful without a reason. asked for feedback and the email was ignored. Really strange and weird recruitment. If recruitment is this poor I wonder what it's like to work there.
