The interview process at Simplus is in perfect alignment with the company's name: simple. The initial application form requests only basic information and a resume, which is a breath of fresh air from the excessive, time-consuming forms many other companies use. Within a week, I received a call from Nick, who works in the talent department, and I have never felt so at ease during an interview. Nick embodies Simplus perfectly; he was extremely personable and guided the conversation skillfully from start to finish. The next day I had a second interview with Jake, at the end of which I was more anxious than ever - not because Jake was intimidating, but because he had sold me on Simplus and its ideals so well that all I could think about was how much I wanted to work for such an amazing company.
