I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Siemens (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Long and comprehensive - There were lots of detailed questions about math, computer science, and c++ specifically. It took about 3 hours, but there was lunch included. All the interviewers were very warm, helpful, and smart.
Phone call was clumsy and was hard to hear along with background noise and unprofessional environment. Phone call was clumsy and was hard to hear along with background noise and unprofessional environment

I was interviewed at siemens. I was informed about interview and pannel involved 2 people from UK- a team lead and an engineer- java Developer.
The position was for core java Developer and i had experience into core java along with spring and some front end using react and node.
They asked me all non technical questions like
1. How did you help your team
2. Whats the work flow
3. How do you approach for any bug
4. What is your expectation from this role.
5. Why you want to change company. I said i want to relocate to the location for family reason.
6. What all tools & Technologies you use and what all design pattern u use.
7. Whats the fun project you did
They told me that i worked on front end backed and other stuff but we have only backend to offer in this role. I said okay bcuz i am more inclined towards java stuff and work seems quite interesting to me.
But somehow i was judged on above questions and i didnt moved to any further interview. Maybe because i worked on little bit on front end thats the reason i am not proceeded!! But what about me, i wanted to work on java backend :( .
