Online Interview mit der direkten Führungskraft. Vorstellungstag mit Fürhungskraft und direkten KollegInnen inklusive Vortrag. Viele Fragen in Bezug auf konkrete fachliche Themen, Themen der Zusammenarbeit, Strukturiertheit der eigenen Arbeit. Nach dem Vorstellungstag erfolgte sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung.

It was good overall. The feedback wasn’t fery clear to me. But the highering manager seems like a very skilled professional. I did not get the offer in the end. They needed someone with a global experience.

Applied online and heard from HR within a few days. Had a 15 minute screening interview with HR and then had a interview with the hiring manager and two other operations managers. Discussed the project team, types of projects, and my experience as a PM.
