Ask for skill experience related questions, candidate has to answer technical questions. Service skills is another they focus on. and the reason why you are leaving current job, technical manager, service manager will ask their own questions depending on their diffrent needs

Interview
First was a asynchronous interview there they asked me basic questions about my background and then around a week later i had a teams interview with the hiring manager who went more in depth.

Interview
The interview process was very structured and informative for those who are interested hiring managers were also very professional. The only downside i experienced was a delayed response which took more than 2 weeks.

Eerst contact met service Director. Dan HR interview . Sollicitatiegesprek wast best eenvoudig . Echter addertje onder het gras , ondanks dat je auto nodig hebt voor het werk betaal je aanzienlijk bedrag. Werkomschrijving na uitleg pak minder interessant ( heel eentonig). Bureaucratie gevoel.
