I applied on the website with my resume and what goals I had. This was for the Engineering Leadership Development Program. I got an email and call from a recruiter and set up an interview with a project manager. The interview was a 30 minute phone interview and was not technical at all. He asked about my past research projects and any challenging things I've worked on. I got the offer from the HR recruiter later that day.

I Interviewed in April 2024. The interviewer was a manager who reviewed my resume during the call and asked questions about my engineering experiences in school. He asked some personality/general questions but did not ask technical questions.

Two directors, asked basic question. What was it like working with Siemens previously and why do you want to work here. Described certain work projects I'll be assisting in. The entire process was about an hour and half. Both sides equally talked
It was an hour-long interview where the interviewers asked me various questions regarding the topic I was given to prepare. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel comfortable during the process itself. The overall experience was positive.
