I applied online. I interviewed at Siemens (Poole, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
First the application went through a screening process. After that I was required to undertake an aptitude test. Upon clearing that there was a video interview. The next stage consisted of an assessment center where I had to do a 2 minute presentation on a topic that was given at that time, a 5 minute presentation with questions on a topic that was given before hand and an interview. Overall the process was simple and fair.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Siemens (Poole, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
After applying online, you'll get to do the usual online tests: numerical, verbal reasoning and situational judgement. After you passed the online assessment, the next stage is video interview, which consists of multiple short questions. The final stage is assessment centre, which has three parts: elevator pitch, interview and pre-prepared presentation. The interview and pre-prepared presentation are pretty much the usual ones. In elevator pitch, you have half an hour to prepare a timed presentation (about 60-90 seconds) about a product. The process in general was very pleasant, the interviewers were very friendly.
