Interview
It was a long process, first HR interview, next Hiring Manager, 3rd - USA Procurement interview, 4th German procurement specialist interview, the whole process took around 1 month and a half.
Still it was a long process and even when they posted the position outside of the company, the decided to pursuit an internal employee application, overall the process was good but too many interviews from too many different people to get a decision. Definetely a good company to work for.

Only about experiences, skills and to describe your past duties in your old procurement roles.
Three interviews. Mostly asked questions about the work conducted as well as some technical questions about general procurement processes. Was very conversational. Start to finish the process took 2 months mostly due to scheduling.
