Applied spring semester and didn't hear back for about 2 weeks, when they asked for a phone interview. The interview was basically a conversation, really easy. Took another week to get the offer. Then it was 2 weeks of HR stuff, background check, and onboarding. I threw out some specific Siemens knowledge about a recent acquisition, which I think also helped me.
