I was asked to interview after speaking to a recruiter at a university career fair. The interview process was good and the 3 people interviewing me were very friendly. One interesting thing was that they asked me to describe the process that happens in a restaurant from when a customer enters to when they leave. I think the interview went well, however I wasn't contacted by anyone at the company till about 4 weeks later when they offered me the position. Overall I think it was a very good experience.
