Siemens Apprenticeship Program interview questions

Divided into 3 phases. First, they have a CV screening process, which took 1.5 months. Second, there was a written assessment, that test IQ of the candidates. Moreover, candidates also had an interview with HR in that day. The final phase was a group case studies & interview with potential users.
