I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ServiceNow
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me about the job opportunity. I spoke with them in detail about my experience. Had to submit additional information about myself. They prepped me on what I should prepare for before having my interview with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager interview was very casual but we didn't discuss what I was prepped on; they instead did a deep dive into my background. I thought the interview went well even when they pointed out my areas of opportunity. However, when I got feedback from the recruiter I was told contradictory information about how the interview went.
Honestly, it was insulting and a waste of my time. I would have been fine not advancing to the next round due to what I lacked in experience, but I was told it was because I didn't lead the interview. How is an interviewee supposed to lead if they aren't the one hiring for the position??
I applied online. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderabad) in Nov 2019
Interview
3 Rounds.Screening Followed by Two rounds with team.Interviewers conducted the interview very casually just like a screening round.I was expecting more.I really had a feeling that the job may have been already fixed for some but we are called just for showing that they interviewed some of them.
Still I dont have the status of rejection atleast after 1 month.Still the posting shows interview.I really feel after takeing trouble we go to their office and attend interview but none one takes interest in informing whats the status.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ServiceNow

They do not respond back and extremely disrespectful of your time. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back. Working directly with the hiring manger. Had 6 rounds of phone interviews and I believe I did well. At least deserve an response so that candidates can move on. Followed up couple of times.
This is not what you expect from a big company.
