ServiceNow People Role interview questions

The vacancy was opened from Oct 21 to June 22. I was interviewed by in Nov 21, never received feedback of how it went until I connected into their portal and saw my application rejected (I didn’t even receive a standard feedback email - so poor). As the vacancy was reposted with a job title, I applied again to it, as all in all my experience matched perfectly with the job requirements. I sent an email on the thread within their recruitment system (although the job title was different, the same req was being filled so I could see the emails exchanged with the team months back when I was under interviewing process). Nobody again came back to me, and they rejected me again without a word. They could do definitely better.
