ServiceNow interview questions

Started from January lasted till April, In total faced 1 Hackerrank test and 4 rounds of 1:1 discussion. Not a great experience to be honest. Received a phone call after applying to the careers site. Hackerrank Test was sent after 2 weeks of the phone call. Simple 1 Question on Algorithms, coded in Java. Passed all the test cases, within 30 mins (test was for 90 mins) Waited for 2 more weeks for scheduling the first 1:1 discussion, No flexibility on the date choice was just told be available on this date. Round 1 (Technical Round, Zoom Call) : Good discussions, the interviewer was good throughout the discussion. Java, Algorithms, DS asked to code Singleton Pattern. Answered all without any hesitations. Round 2 was scheduled for the next day despite requesting for some other day (reason given was person has the only slot on that specific time), agreed by rescheduling my meetings and planning the day. On the interview day, the Person did not appear, no one was on the meeting handle, after waiting called the recruiter, the recruiter said the interviewer is facing some technical difficulties. After a week of no communication, finally received a call about scheduling the next round, asked to take up the round the very next day of receiving the call, I agreed. Round 2 (Hiring Manager Round, Zoom Call) : Good discussion yet again answered all the questions. Some questions like strength, weakness, conflict resolution. Was asked one puzzle, solved it. Was informed that I would have a discussion with a member of the US team. Scheduled the next call after 3 days of round 2 Round 3 (Discussion with senior tech person, Zoom Call) : The timing was late night 10PM IST. There was difficulty in the audio despite requesting the person (politely informed about audio trouble). We ended up on chat, the person would post few keywords he spoke on chat. Very hectic, the interviewer seemed like he had no interest. Still answered all the questions except one. The question I missed was on Tree traversal with some made-up way. Post the interview immediately searched for the question/approach could not find it. At this time it was already been a month and fed up with the Scheduled discussion after 2 days, the round was named Cross BU round Round 4 (Cross BU round, Zoom Call) : the wait and the recruitment process. No communication for 2 more weeks. I dropped the email asking for the feedback at least. Received the call from another recruitment person of ServiceNow, seemed like the last person had left. Scheduled the discussion after 2 days, the round was named Cross BU round Round 4 (Cross BU round, Zoom Call) : REST APIs Technical discussion. It seemed like I did good. Again No communication, dropped couple of emails. Dropped another email, that's when I was told "We regret to inform you that you haven’t been shortlisted. We’ll have your profile with us and will consider for openings in the future." After 2 and half months of wait, multiple tech discussions, and a good discussion with the hiring manager I was rejected. When I asked for feedback oFn the last couple of rounds, there was no reply. Seemed like they had no intent of hiring, they were just playing around, felt like it was such a waste. Judged about the culture and felt no value for our time was given by ServiceNow, was happy with me by thinking maybe it was for the good. When a candidate is evaluated on 4 technical rounds, obviously we are bound to underperform at some rounds. If I kept doing good they would keep scheduling rounds until I would not perform.

The interview wasn't too technical . basic programming on java , testing knowledge will tested . As well as workplace etiquette and goals.Short and straight to the point. The interview was done over telegram
