Applied through referral. HR was prompt in scheduling the phone screening and in house. Had bad experience with with 1/2 interviewers. They were unprepared and unclear. They were looking for someone with front end technologies hands on. Hence did not give offer.

Interview
I interviewd for a position of Senior Staff Software Engineer - Impact - Central AI. HR ghosted me after hiring manager interviewed me, no response even after sending two follow up emails. Negative experience. I read some glassdoor reviews and people are exactly complaining about this. I didn't believed those reviews unless it occured to me. The recruiter sent below yesterday, "While your skills and background are impressive, we have unfortunately entered an internal hiring prioritisation across a number of roles we are hiring for in ServiceNow. During this time, a number of roles will be progressing as urgent or strategic hires and if this role falls into this category we hope to resume the process and keep you in mind for the future."
