Schneider Electric Software Support Engineer interview questions

One interview with the hiring manager. Asked mainly in depth about my previous experience and my background. Also asked some scenario style questions about software support. I applied for this position in October 2023 and only in January 2024 did they reach out to me asking for an interview. I had forgotten I had even applied! I received an offer promptly after the interview, however after this I did not hear anything back from them regarding what to do on my first day. I did decline the offer just before I started due to a seperate offer. I never heard back from them.
